Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results:
Individual project that aims to develop the company, increase export and the level of internationalization through improvements in competitiveness factors. As such, it is intended to improve the critical processes for the development of the company, namely in the field of marketing and communication, innovation and development, project management and customer support. The expected results are the increase in sales; the reduction of costs and increase in productivity; improvement in international marketing and communication, and the strengthening of the human resources team.
